Giliran Bongkar (Lagu Iwan Fals dan Swami) Dijiplak

Giliran Bongkar (Lagu Iwan Fals dan Swami) Dijiplak

Now that was the talk among fans is a problem Iwan FALS song 'Bongkar' song by Iwan Fals dan kelompok Swami on his first album. The song was re-arranged and sung by Indian musicians with their language. And the title of the song was changed to 'Oya Oya' which is a movie soundtrack India 'Horn Ok Pleassss'.

The problem is the use of arrangements of the song 'Disassemble' by Indian musicians without the consent of the author of this song is Iwan Fals and the Swami also an umbrella label that Airo Records album. In other words, the song 'Disassemble' Indian musician has been plagiarized. Intro and reffrain India's version of the song is really similar to the version Iwan Fals. The difference is only found in a small section and of course the language used.

We're so again remember about the case the song 'Can not' belong Peterpan band that became 'Kya Mujhe Pyar Hai'. Peterpan song was traced out by the Indian musician and became a popular song and topped the charts for a long time in India. But according to the news story, the Musica Studio (label album Peterpan) has completed a plagiarism case is with the family.

Interestingly, the guy who sang 'Oya Oya' and 'Kya Mujhe Pyar Hai' is the same singer. She is a singer named Kay Kay India.

Observing these conditions, I got to thinking .. possible Indian musicians are doing 'revenge' because their songs are often the object of plagiarism by Indonesian musicians, especially dangdut songs? (sb - from various sources)
